I am a Lecturer in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Southampton.

Previously I was an ESRC Research Fellow
at the Open University Business School.

I completed my Ph.D. in Economic Geography
at the University of Cambridge, as a Gates Scholar.

My academic interests:

  • Urban and regional economic development

  • Entrepreneurship, innovation and strategy

  • Social networks, social capital, social inequality

  • Work and labour markets 

  • Construction, diffusion, adaptation of knowledge

  • Human-environment interrelationship

  • Philosophy and methodology of social science
